The London Passport office operates an appointment system. To make an appointment or if you have a question regarding your application please call 020 7887 5816 between 9 am and 12 noon, Monday - Friday.

Alternatively you can send us your query by Email.  Please provide a contact telephone number in all correspondence.  Unfortunately it is not possible to request an appointment by email.  Please contact the office on the number above for an appointment.

The Edinburgh office does not operate an appointment system.

Postal applications are not accepted in Edinburgh and must be sent to the London office.

The Edinburgh office is closed on all Scottish bank holidays in addition to UK and Australian holidays.
