Courier Deliveries
If you prefer to use a courier to deliver your application, please note that courier items for the Migration Branch may only be delivered to the Australian High Commission between the hours of 9:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 16:00 on weekdays (except public holidays). Access for courier deliveries is located on the Melbourne Place side of Australia House. Please instruct your courier clearly regarding the time and location requirements to ensure items are not refused delivery. You must also ensure your package is addressed to the Migration Branch.
Courier Pickups
In exceptional circumstances it may be possible for a courier to pickup documents from our office. Your case officer will give you instruction if this service is required.
