Clients paying at the London office should complete the Payment Mandate below. This is preferred to the payment section on an application form, the Payment Mandate requests specific information required for payment processing in London.

Acceptable Payment Methods
The London Office can only accept the following payment methods:
- Mastercard
- Maestro/Switch (UK and Irish Banks only)
- Solo
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Bankers Draft (made payable to the ‘Australian High Commission’ in pounds sterling, drawn against a UK or Irish bank)
Unacceptable Payment Methods
The London does not accept the following payment methods:
- Personal cheques
- Company cheques
- Bankers Drafts in EUROs, Australian Dollars or any currency other than pounds sterling.
- Bankers Drafts drawn against a non UK or Irish bank (even in pounds sterling)
- American Express or Diners Club
- Non UK or Irish Maestro cards
Unacceptable or Inadequate Payment
When the London office receives your application we check that you have paid by an acceptable method and that you have paid the current applicable charge. If there is a problem with either, an officer will contact you. We are unable to progress your application until payment issues are addressed. To prevent undue delay, an officer will contact you by telephone or email you wherever possible.
