Passport interview times: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday*

Visas, Migration and Citizenship Public Counter by appointment only (9:00 am to 11:00am, Monday – Friday*)

* except UK bank and Australian national holidays. There are substantial time differences between Australia and the UK.
